Free shipping Continental United States.

Alaska, Hawaii:  $25 per item.

All Others:  $100 per item*

*If we cannot ship your order for $100, we will contact you for actual amount.  

Shipping methods:

1)      We will ship via UPS or USPS. 

2)      UPS will not ship to a PO Box.

When will I get my order?

·             4 to 5 weeks.

When you send us your pet’s picture do the following:

1)   Analyze the photo to make sure it can be digitized.

2)   Digitize photo for embroidery.

3)   Buy thread that matches your pet’s colors (we have thousands of threads but each pet seems to need two more spools).

4)   Embroider your pet on the material used in your product.

5)   Hand sew your bag, pillow or product (except jackets, etc).

6)   Deliver it to you.
