It will take 4-5 weeks for us to digitize your pet, get thread that matches your pet, embroider them and hand sew your bag, pillow, etc.  We cannot speed up the process.  No rush orders.

Does your picture show the color of your pet?  We want you to be delighted.  Since we don’t have the pleasure of knowing your pet, we can only go by the picture you send.  If the light makes your pet more orange or yellow or whatever color, that is the color we will use.  Please make sure the color in the picture matches your pet’s color.

Returns & Refunds: We want you to be delighted with your purchase.  We will correct any mistake we make on your order.  However, if the item is delivered as ordered then there are no returns or refunds.  If you are not delighted, call us 804-773-7330 Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm Eastern.
